We are excited to announce our featured artist for May: Arlene Dubo. Arlene's process starts with an engaging idea about internal or external nature, which she explores through a series of acrylic paintings.
"Love and Knowledge is a series I have been working on since 2013. Stirred by readings on the science of meditation, the mindfulness movement and secular Buddhism, I created a group of paintings that consider how compassion results from a deep understanding of the transient nature of reality."
